Arent these the kind of deals Feaster was looking for with our cap space? Wicked deal for Leafs.

Gives Hawks some more cap space to re-sign Bickel

pretty sure Bolland is ecstatic now. Win two cups and then go to your home town - seems like a great career path.

Good deal for the Leafs.

For where the Leafs are at the moment, I think this is great asset management for them... looks good for 'Hawks too if they re-sign Bickell.

I'd give Bolland a pass for the playoffs, he started to play better in the finals as he finally got healthy. He was pretty banged up to start, missed the first five games and probably came back earlier then he should have.

I've always been a Bolland fan, I think this is a huge win for Toronto.

Wow, that's not a lot for a two way guy that could still develop a scoring touch

I think we have seen enough of Bolland over the years to know what he brings.

Good deal for Leafs. They get a huge part of both Cup winning teams. Great deal for Blackhawks too and really shows how they are able to continually rotate player from a winning group and turn him into future assets. 3 draft picks is a pretty good return.

One of those trades that look to be good for both teams.

An exaggeration I'll admit. I think the problem with Bolland (this season) and the reason why Chicago was willing to deal him was because they expected him to put up more points for the team.
