Default Skywire Live with Nik Wallenda

So on discovery right now, if people are looking for a distraction Nik Wallenda is going to walk across the Grand Canyon on a high wire. He will be essentially the height of the empire state building above the canyon floor.

That was crazy. Way more intense than Niagara Falls.

So much Jesus, Lord and God talk on the Discovery Channel... Odd.

Whatever the man has to believe to be able to do that is not too extreme for those of us watching to hear. Doesn't mean we have to believe it too.

Amazing feat he accomplished, with or without the help of Jesus.

The guy could be summoning Satan for all I care.

It's odd that the Discovery Channel is sponsoring such a religious guy.
23 straight minutes of Nik praying out loud is a bit much.

Apparently a 10 second delay for the broadcast.

That's my point...I don't think it is. And he could be summoning Satan for 23 straight minutes and that wouldn't be a bit much.

The mental aspect of what he did yesterday is incredible. Whatever it takes for him to be able to do what he did is fine by me, religious or otherwise. Why would Discovery have a conflict with it?

Maybe because Discovery is based around science and technology and does not have any "religious" programs.
