Old Patio Lanterns

Does anyone know where I can find a string or two of the old style boxed different coloured patio lanterns shown below?



They are proving to be quite elusive.

Canadian Tire or Wal-Mart in their seasonal departments would be my best guess.

Checked those stores, neither carries them anymore.. I was hoping someone might have an online link to a company that still decides they are worth making.
