How much does a Vezina winning, potential KHL flight-risk goaltender get in the trade market?

They must think he's gone to the KHL. I bet they regret trading Mason now.

Wow, so much for him. Again what is with these guys asking for such big pay days after a season or so of success. I wouldn't take him for 6mil.

The KHL is not a factor for players that are good enough to play in the NHL

Irony would be the Flyers trading for him and signing him to a similar cap hit Bryzgalov had

Probably the right move. Sure he won the Vezina but I don't think you can give six million a year long-term to a guy who does what he did out of nowhere in a shortened season. He could easily come down to earth next year or end up being the next Jim Carey. The KHL really screwed the BJs with that outrageous offer, because now they can no longer sign him to a reasonable deal or trade him for full value (unless MacT is in on it).

Aaron Portzline @Aportzline 19s And, yes, indications are Bobrovsky wants north of $6 per season on a two-year deal. To say talks are salty is fair at this point.

lol on gillis' plan to make a hockey trade for luongo.
here's a pretty good goalie who wants to sign a much more do-able contract for most teams. 2 years @6mill or so is pretty good value for a vezina type guy.

You know what is scary for Bluejackets fans?
The only goaltender with any NHL experience the Bluejackets have under contract is Curtis McElhinney

Was just listening to the Fan590 and David Pagnotta (fourthperiod.com) said the Oilers are offering #7 and Dubnyk for Bobrovsky.
