'Deport Justin Bieber' campaign has more than 75,000 signatures
Quote:
More than 75,000 Americans have signed a petition asking President Barack Obama to deport pop star Justin Bieber back to Canada and to revoke his green card.
The petition was created on WhiteHouse.gov, which has a section that allows U.S. citizens to make requests for specific actions to be taken. If a petition receives 100,000 signatures, White House staff will review it and then "ensure it's sent to the appropriate policy experts." As of noon Tuesday, the Bieber petition had more than 75,000 signatures.
|
Quote:
The petition goes on to state:
"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked.
"He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth.
"We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."

I feel as though, given the most recent events and this new story about deporting the little ####, we should have an "On-going Bieber transgressions thread."
And the US can keep the little ####. We already have to put up with keeping Celine Dion and Bryan Adams.

Actually, at least Celine and Bryan have some sort of talent. So...they're cool.

What about Rihanna, Beyonce, Lady GaGa, The Kardashians, Honey Boo Boo, Charlie Sheen, etc etc, who are all poor influences? Better tie up government resources with deporting Beiber rather than dealing with the real 1,000,001 issues the US has.

Any chance we can revoke his citizenship first and close the border to him?

On of the best concerts I ever saw was Bryan Adams on a beach.
I am not a fan of his but he has talent

Now, now - the Canadian government has apologized for Bryan Adams on several occasions.

I swear I haven't been subjected to a Beiber song since like 2009.
Why do people give a #### about celebrities so much that they make petitions?

It will never happen. He's worth too much money to his handlers and the record company.

My co-worker actually believes people get deported like that. I felt sad for him.

Maybe the States could build that Death Star after all and export Bieber to it just before it is blown to smithereens.

He is selling his house. Maybe he knows this has legs... sucks for Canada. People in the Calabasas are rejoicing, rich people with homes in rich areas all across USA and Canada are panicking about the houses for sale in their areas.

There should be a "don't want him back" poll; if we can outvote the "send him home" poll do they get to keep him?
