Once again, a quiet Wednesday in the NHL, but, the games are big for each team playing as there are only eleven days left in the regular season. The good news for canadian viewers is that only one game is on Centre Ice.

The big news for this game is that Carey Price has been
benched. Peter Budaj is the starting goaltender for the
Habs in this high profile game. Price has been terrible
in his last three games. It is a battle of the top two teams
in the east and both have clinched playoff spots.
The game is on TSN and RDS.

This is the first game for the Bruins since the horrific bombings
in Boston. There will be a special pre-game ceremony honouring
the victims. The Sabres are only four points back of the eighth place
Rangers and the Bruins are battling for second place with the Habs.
The game is on NBCSN and TSN2.

It is not the sexiest game but the BJs are in the playoff race
and are tied with the eighth place Red Wings. The Ducks have
locked up a playoff spot but have had their safe second place
position and division lead disappear. Anaheim only has a four
point lead on the Canucks and a five point lead on the Kings.
Expect a close game, just like the previous two games were.

Jagr can still skate really well and looks dangerous on most shifts. He could play next season & still be effective. Impressive for an athlete his age!
