Default Carpet Stain Remover?

So I tripped over a cord in my room while holding a blueberry smoothie... needless to say my carpet is stained with purple blotches... and looks nearly impossible to clean. Can anyone recommend what's the best way in getting rid of these stains? Thanks!

1. Mix one tablespoon of liquid hand dishwashing detergent with two cups of warm water.
2. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent solution.
3. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until the stain disappears or is no longer absorbed into the cloth.
5. If the stain remains, mix one tablespoon of ammonia (Caution: Never mix chlorine bleach and ammonia - the resulting fumes are hazardous) with two cups of cold water.
6. Sponge the stain with the ammonia solution.
7. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.
8. Sponge with cold water and blot dry.

Trisodium Phosphate is my best friend in a house with three kids. I picked up a big jug of concentrated TSP at Home Depot.

Head to this place http://www.fibreclean.com/mobile/
They are on 19th St NE between McKnight and 32 Ave.

They have a product called "Proxy" that is awesome. It is a spray and leave product. They also have a new 2 part product that we picked up (can't remember the name, but they will point it out to you) but haven't had to use yet but they say is even better than Proxy.
We have 3 kids and 2 cats. Proxy has taken care of everything from vomit to raspberry smoothie and everything in between. You could never tell that our carpets have been worked over.
