Crossroads farmers market has 2 place, both sell burgers, jerkey, cuts etc

You can buy ground bison at most, probably all, Calgary Coop stores. I just bought 1.2kg on Friday for burgers and I think it is just under $8 per pound, $16 per kg.

Both Calgary meats on Edmonton trail and Bonton Crowfoot have premaid bison burgers.

I've been able to get them at the Stadium Shopping Centre location, I imagine the other locations would have them as well.
