Hope you don't find this ######baggy, trying to give constructive criticism.
But just crank up the shutter speed next time. Looks like you had plenty of light, so there's no reason to leave the shutter open longer. For sports in general, you're going to want 1/200th of a second shutter speed or faster.
Some great shots regardless. Looks like an awesome experience. Always been my dream to go to a cheaper market and see the Flames from front row seats. Hoping to go to Phoenix next season.

Highly recommend. I caught a game in Phoenix. I wasn't front row (8th, if I remember correctly) but the tickets were dirt cheap. I spend more on beer in one night at the Saddledome.

No I had people on another forum blast some pictures from a Football game that was over 100 yards away from where i was sitting and they were just really bad remarks about pictures the pictures actually weren't that bad.
I wanted to look up the shutter speed I believe it was like 1/1000 maybe even faster than that. I had to get the aperture set up and iso up to 1600 it was actually rather dark in there to get the color right

Most of these pictures were from quite a distance away at least 50 yards away so it's not bad considering out yet how far away I was from the actual action

My first coach down in Fort Myers was a flames fan. So I ended up watching a lot of flames stuff from games like how we do things on power plays and stuff like that made it easy becoming a fan that way. I still have a soft spot in my heart for the lightning but just not the same as the flames of always been I've always rooted for the flames just I don't know why I have but always will.
I've got to get my passport stuff up-to-date and the fiancé and I plan on trying to go up to Calgary for a game next year either early fall early spring spots not too cold for us

What camera did you use?
I tried to bring my DSLR once into the Dome and they told me I couldn't, some sort of BS NHL Policy or something.
Anyone know why they don't allow it?

Cannon T3i, I think most of the "blur" is from the glass it self
