WTB: Cheap, decent PCI-E video card

Been out of the game for long time, dont know what's a decent card or not.

Only looking to spend $20 or 30, just building a system for a friend.

Currently has an oboard X1200 ATI, and the GS7200 that I had kicking around as a spare are both crap.

Used or new, doesnt matter, have some items for trade, wireless n router, unused xp licence, pc2-3200 server ram, pc3200 pc ram
