2-0 pens, and they're making it look easy. Dupuis hits the post. Nice spot for Iginla to be, though Bylsma seems content to keep that first line together.

Poor Iginla. He might have to play on the 2nd line with Neal and Malkin.

No points yet for Iggy, while Pittsburgh has 3 goals. Good thing we got rid of that bum.

Nashville is getting thumped. 5-0 with 10 minutes left in the 1st period.

A busy Thursday with ten games on the OOT and Centre Ice is definitely needed.

Three games that began at 1700h and are currently in the second period.

The Penguins are a sure bet to win their fourteenth straight game as the road wary Jets are down 3-0 to Pittsburgh.
The Flyers at home lead 2-0 over the improving Islanders and the Leafs have a 1-0 lead over the Hurricanes at the ACC.

Two games that began at 1730 and are at the end of the first period.

The Rangers at Senators from Scotiabank Place on RDS in french are tied 0-0.
The Panthers lead 1-0 over the visiting Sabres.

Two thirds of the season has passed
and the playoff race is very tight in this conference.

The Kings have really improved through out the middle of
the season. The Blues are having some goaltending issues.
This game is on NHL Network USA and the game is early
in the first period tied 0-0.

at

It appears that the Coyotes are on the prowl in this game.
Phoenix was up 5-0 just over eight minutes into the game.
The Coyotes scored two goals in eight seconds, Rinne has
been pulled after three goals in four minutes, Mason came in
and let two more in and now the Predators have woken up.
It is 5-2 right now midway through the first period.

Hopefully that game keeps on its 42 goal combined pace.

So how long/serious is MAF hurt? Not even the backup tonight.
Jarome should still have Miikka's number in his cell phone.

Can the BJs stay in the playoff race? They need to improve their road record.

Overall, I think this is the game of the night. Niemi has started eleven
consecutive games in goal.

A great come back by the Sabres who were down 2-0 to the Panthers. Three goals in the second period by Buffalo has given them a 3-2 lead heading into the final period.

It is 2-1 Flyers, 2-2 tie Leafs-Hurricanes, 4-0 Penguins, and it is still scoreless between the Rangers and Senators.

The Islanders-Flyers game is in overtime tied 3-3 and the Sabres-Panthers game is now tied 3-3 midway through the third period. That could be a pair of three point games. It is 7-3 Phoenix late in the second period.
