Default Brand Loyalty

Do you have brand loyalty when purchasing items.

I only buy Mizuno runners and Adidas cleats. Mostly, I search the best price or value per price/quality.

I know some people that will only buy certain electronics, vehicles, etc.

Kenmore for appliances. The stuff isn't better than any other brand, but Sears backs their stuff up like crazy. Oh your blender broke after three years, here's a new one. Oh your fridge crapped out, take 50% off any fridge we have. Etc.

Asics for runners. I've bought solely Asics for the last 15 years probably. They just fit my foot perfectly right off the shelf, so I've never bothered trying another brand.

Logitech for computer peripherals such as mice, keyboards, speakers. I simply love the products they make.

I don't eat chips much anymore, but for me it's Old Dutch or bust. Lay's taste like absolute garbage in comparison.

I shop at Costco a lot, so I suppose I would say I have a strong brand loyalty to Kirkland Signature. They actually produce really high quality goods.

I'm also an avid ASUS/INTEL/Nvidia buyer. This isn't just brand loyalty by name tho imo, they're actually physically better made and of higher quality.

I don't think I will ever buy a domestic or Korean vehicle.

Only German, Japanese, possibly Swedish

Asics running shoes.

Jockey boxers.

Durex condoms, unless the girl working the cash register is hot, in which case I buy Magnums.

I shop at Safeway whenever possible.

Not really sure why, it's a family tradition I guess.

I only buy Japanese - Honda or Toyota - made cars. Currently in a Lexus. Been like this in my family for a long time. I'd consider a Nissan/Infiniti or a Subaru, but less likely.

I will only ever buy On3p skis as long as they continue to make skis. For softgoods I tend to be partial to Armada. Ski gear is the area I am most "brand loyal" in because there are certain ones I would rather pay more to give them my money.

I more or less only wear Alden made dress shoes now, largely because finding shell cordovan in any other maker is rare.

I always seem to tend towards Easton hockey gear, not exclusively but mostly. Except skates.

For electronics, I like Klipsch audio products. Almost all of my home theatre stuff is Panasonic. I have had 3 straight HP laptops, but I wouldn't really say I'm particularly loyal to the brand (the 2nd one I got for free, though my current one is awesome).

Clothes I have a limited set of labels that I will buy but that's not brand loyalty so much as "these brands tend to make things I like".

I'm 'brand flexible'. I used to sway towards Sony stuff but not anymore. I just read reviews / prices and act accordingly.

Although Joe Boxers are my go-to for boxers. Free as a bird baby!

Oh yeah and Worcestershire sauce. I made the mistake of trying knockoffs, and they suck.
