Friday night OOT hockey, here it is.

Game began at 1700h

Part two of this home-away series is on NHL Network USA
and RDS in french. Let's see if Bryzgalov's comments help or
sink the Flyers playoff hopes. The game is tied 1-1 after one period.

Big game in Edmonton tonight.

If the Oilers can knock off Detroit, it's good for the playoff chances and it's good for the potential lottery pick as well.

Hall, RNH and Eberle will be Iginla's age but the Oilers will still be collecting 1st overall picks and building something special.

They're already pretty much there. Currently they have 9 forwards drafted in the first round:
Smyth
Hall
Hopkins
Yakupov
Gagner
Paajarvi
Hemsky
Eberle
Eager (yes I am aware he's not on the team right now)
Lander was taken 40th overall

I guess the problem with your prediction is that on defense they do have a bunch of former first rounders and early second rounders
Smid
Whitney
Fistric
Nick Schultz (33rd overall)
Jeff Petry (45th overall)
Justin Schultz (43rd overall).

The Oilers are a team with 16 players drafted before the 45th pick! (Dubnyk was taken 14th) and yet still they are this bad. They are an absolutely pathetic franchise, far worse than any team from any sport in recent history.
