While its likely not gonna make a whole bunch of difference in the great scheme of things, it always feels good to see the Flames win!

Flames have done well with giving that push in the third, certainly at home.

Detroit is a shell of the team it used to be, and the difference tonight obviously was goaltending. Kiprusoff held the Flames in it through the first two with many tonugh saves...only a matter of time until Detroit's defense made mistakes and some poor goaltending certainly helps.
