JOB OVERVIEW
Working in the CPIO's (Chief Process and Information Officer) Organization, the ADR Sustainment Team Lead will demonstrate collaboration with clear accountabilities in an outcomes focused environment. The incumbent will liaise with SAP service providers, providing rigour and control in enhancement project delivery within the ADR Team accountable for end-to-end solution delivery of new enhancement type projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Responsible for upfront roadmap / planning with the business
- Prioritize business requests
- Understand planned enhancement projects
- Own the overall business interaction with all key players including business advisors and process enhancement teams
- Responsible for integration of solutions with Process Improvement Program (PIP) team members
- Liaise with Solution Design Architects, Change Management and Deployment Teams
- Portfolio Lead for all SAP projects in their area
- Responsible for alignment integrated solutions with the IS organization
- Liaise with MI and Governance on reporting requests
- Ensure that Suncor SAP Solutions are as far as possible driven by standard configurations and up to date SAP feature capabilities
- Retain critical technical knowledge in house to reduce risk on projects and ensure a high quality of systems documentation in the ADR area
- Involvement with SAP Councils to drive improvements as required by Suncor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:- Minimum of eight years SAP Project experience specifically in the relevant SAP modules
- University Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or Business Related field)
Skills and Knowledge:- Strong communication, business analysis and project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize and lead efforts
- Oil and gas business knowledge an asset
