Default March 6, just three games.

Another quiet Wednesday on the NHL schedule.

At 1700h

at

The battle of Ontario is on TSN and RDS in Canada
and it should be a good one.

Game of the night and it is on NBCSN in the USA
and TSN2 in Canada. This is an amazing streak.
This is the first game of a home-away series.

Game 3 of this weird scheduling where it will be three
consecutive games of these two teams playing each other.
The Coyotes lead the series 2-0 winning both at home in
the shootout. My guess is the score will be 5-4 in the shootout
again, but this time for the Ducks.

Need the ducks and hawks to win. Would hate to see COL be the team to derail history.

Anaheim is playing hang on and still hold a 1-0 lead from the first period, just eight minutes left in the third period.

Definition of puck luck is the Chicago Blackhawks. A shorthanded goal to tie it early in the third period and winning with fifty seconds left in regulation time.

Getzlaf scores the empty net to make it 2-0.

Well, that was a perfect OOT scoreboard for those of us who still want the Flames to make the playoffs.

You gotta believe they will. Wed. night was easy with just 2 games to worry about, Thursday will be the tough hoping all games are 2 pointers.

The Bhawks do it again, they just don't give up nor do they feel the pressure. That was a nice SHG to tie it up and the winning goal was just hard work that paid off. I like how Lebron James if even tweeting about the Bhawks streak. It really is amazing that half the season has now been played and they still haven't lost in reg time. Imagine if this was a regular 82 game season. Gotta admit, the Leafs are playing well even if they nearly blew a 3 goal lead. They are finding ways to win and they did with the 5-4 reg win. The Leafs sit comfortably in 5th place of the eastern conf at the half way point. The Ducks win 2-0 and this repeat 3 game series is tied in points at 4-4. Hiller gets the SHUTOUT with 18 saves.
