(SOLD) FS: So, you want to build guitars...
I've been collecting this stuff with the intent of building acoustic guitars, but a recent change in plans makes it unlikely that I'll be able to give it a go, so I thought I'd put it up for sale in case anyone is interested. I have pretty much everything you need to get started, so besides being a money saver, it will save you the hassle of having to tool up and buy wood piece by piece. All the tools are either brand new or used very minimaly.
I still have to calculate the cost of everything to come up with a price, but here's a list of what I have for now (this is off the top of my head, so there may be more included).
Tools
KMG Mega Mold
LMI Professional bending iron
Haussman 6" jointer/stand

Back/Side Sets
Figured Red Gum (3 sets)
Spalted Anigre (3 sets)
Ovangkol (2 sets)
Tigerwood (2 sets)
Marblewood

Figured Big Leaf Maple

Bridge Blanks
Dalbergia Granadillo
Ziricote
Kingwood
Binding Sets
Madagascar Rosewood
Indian Rosewood
Ebony
Koa (figured and plain)
Cocobolo Rosewood
African Satinwood
Curly Maple
Birds Eye Maple
Carribean Rosewood
Walnut
Zebrawood
I also have a bunch of bracewood, some kerfed linings, orphaned sides, headplates, a figured Olivewood rosette square, Honduras Mahogany boards, and other misc. pieces that can be used for a bunch of stuff. Clamps, vices, rasps/files, and other stuff like that, too.
I'll try to get some pictures and a price up this weekend, but in the meantime, please feel free to shoot me a PM if you're interested or have any questions. I figure I've probably spend well over $3000 on everything, not including the ungodly amount that it cost me to ship everything here from the US, so you'll be able to save a bunch this way if anyone wants to try their hand at this.
Thanks!
