How many kms do you drive per year?
Just curious how many kms the average Calgarian drives.
One of the reasons is that a 2011 vehicle I'm very interested in just came on the market (used; driven for 18 mths) has 57,000 kms on it. I was floored by this odometer reading.
Thoughts?

A car with that many kms was most likely used for highway driving or as a rental. Since its a 2011 it could have orininally been purchased in 2010 so a little more than 28k a year. If its a pickup then that's pretty much average for a 2011.

It was on the road for 18 mths (since July 2011) - it is sort of a crossover SUV. It is about equal to 38,000 km per yr.

I used to average 35,000 km/year on my last car, but I was driving to Medicine Hat every other weekend or so for years with it. Now I've cut that down significantly.

Could it have been a work vehicle?
I used my last truck for work and would put anywhere from 80-100k on in a year.
