JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager, Non-SAP Enterprise Applications, this role is primarily responsible for managing application solution design, project implementation, and daily support and maintenance of the Non SAP Enterprise reporting applications. This position assists the Manager of Non-SAP Enterprise Applications in coordinating the efforts of all people responsible for delivery of Non- SAP reporting application enhancements and support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Work with the Manager to direct all activities related to the Non-SAP Enterprise Reporting Application team
- Work collaboratively with the business, Project Management Office, Information Services partners and the Application Team Leads to deliver projects and support services
- Assist Manager with the planning, budgeting, workplans, and roadmaps for the Non-SAP Enterprise Application team
- Ensure that all Non-SAP reporting applications operations conducted by, or for Suncor are in accordance with Suncor's safety and operational requirements standards
- Assist in the planning and estimating of future client requirements
- Ensure the reporting solutions align with strategic and tactical business goals
- Stay current with technology trends in all facets of Information Technology
- Assist in initiating and dynamically evolving the Non-SAP Enterprise Application team for: policies, standards and practices; as well as any additional services that the team provides
- Develop staff to ensure a highly capable and high performing workforce
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:- Post secondary degree in business or computers
- Knowledge and experience with Suncor Management of Change and Release Management processes
- Experience with project development methodologies (ie. Suncor Project Implementation Methodology)
