Cards are being declined because of this. Royal Bank and TD customers officially confirmed to be amongst those being affected by the nation wide outage.

I was trying to register my kids for Soccer and my TD Visa was being declined, which I thought was very strange.

Tried calling TD Visa and the line is busy. No answer or message at all.

Friend in the States is reporting issues with her Diner's Club Mastercard issued through BoM (transactions not being communicated). Now she's wondering if it's related. What a pain in the arse.

Called TD Visa and was told that it should be back up and running at 6:00 PM ET.

heh, was stuck down here in US with non functional cards. no hotel, car etc. Minor panic set it, called home since couldn't get through to Visa.
Thankfully I had enough loose change in my luggage to get lunch.
