Hiring full-time office Receptionist with administrative duties.
- strong written and oral communication in English
- organizational and advanced computer skills
- detail oriented
- self-motivated
- capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- friendly and outgoing personality
- reliable transportation (located in industrial area serviced by Route 72/73)
Required skills:
- administrative assistant and reception experience
- multi-line phone system
- competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and general computer use
- good written and oral communication skills
- accurate typing and message taking skills
- data entry and filing
- basic computerized bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset
Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
