Default Computer is wacky with fonts (blurry)

This picture explains what I mean:

Basically for some programs I use the font will go blurry and out of focus. Sometimes if I go over it with my mouse it fixes, but then blurs again. Sometimes it just stays blurry. The picture it nothings, sometimes it gets so blurry I can't tell what anything says.

Anyone know why it does this? It makes editing videos from my Go Pro impossible.

It used to do this with some sites using Firefox as well.

Press the start button and in the search, type "Cleartype"

That should bring up "Adjust Cleartype Text". Go into that and experiment with all the different options and see if that helps.

I tried that before and it didn't help. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I figured it out. I know I am answering my own question, but I'll do it just in case anyone else has the same problem in the future.

Basically it happens only for programs that use Java.

I had to go into CCC and turn off Morphological filtering, under 3D applications.

It has seemed to work so far. The problem is apparently with the ATI cards only.
