LF: Garbage Disposal Install - Plumber & Electrician

I am hoping to find a fellow CPer to help me install a garbage disposal in my mother's house.

The plumbing would be straight forward for a pro... but the electrical could be tricky trying to find power under the sink. The dishwasher has power, which is right beside the sink.

Any leads for me?
