Talking about gun control isn't allowed so soon after an incident that may have been avoided by gun control

Gun control.
Stay classy America.
Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
Cars kill more people.
More guns would have prevented this.
Anecdotal story about guns saving lives.
Anecdotal story about guns not saving lives.
Relate this shooting another unrelated incident.
Your an idiot.
No, your an idiot.

Yah, pretty much this.

I heard about it on 660 on the way home from work. Walked in the house and turned on CNN. My wife turns to me and says "so what? There's a shooting every week in the U.S." I know that's not exactly right, but you have to agree...are you REALLY that surprised? Not I.

Seriously we should start a ongoing US shooting megathread, I remember at least 8 random shootings in the US this year alone.

Call me desensitized but... again?

Has the US made any sort of effort to stop these types of shootings?

Seems like they think if they shut their ears the problem will just go away.

I think he means has the US government or law enforcement taken any steps towards reducing the number of multi person shootings down there recently

Correct. Seemed pretty self-explanatory to me...?

I don't think I've heard of any policy reforms since the Aurora shooting... There have been a lot of these since...

What are the odds of you dying in a multi victim shooting in the USA versus being struck by lightning?
