I have a 1980s Japanese electric guitar (Aria Pro II RS) that needs a custom pick guard as the current one is smashed to bits. The problem is the jack actually goes into the pick guard and therefore won't stay in either.
Anybody have any ideas or experience or local connections/techs/luthiers in getting a custom pick guard made? I might be able to trace the current one but as it's broken and some parts missing, the actual body may be needed to find the right shape. I actually have two Aria type guitars that need new pickguards and some body work.
