Crazy shootout

The fact that we took Minny into the shoot-out is a win for me. And we outshot them. Got a bit of sim chem going here.

Wow, entire Blues team played like...a team! Five multi point performances against one of the league's best, great to see!

Too bad it'll be a new lineup next game.

Solid win ... Neuvirth finally wins a game and Eriksson is on fire right now. And, most importantly:

Ouch. Started Harding, since he's been better than Rinne this year. Not the case this game. Props to Robidas for fighting Milan Lucic to a draw. Nielsen and the second line continue to be our best.

Edit: After a closer look, Montreal blocked 21 shots this game. 21!

Pacioretty was a beast in this one. Down 2-0 against the leagues top team Pacioretty took the team on his shoulders scoring a natural hattrick to lead the Pens to a come from behind win. The winning goal was scored with just 21 seconds left in the game. Evander Kane and Erik Karlsson had great games with two helpers each.

Sens made a few minor adjustments and dropped Hejduk down to the 3rd line and moved Brown up and it worked out. Always feels good beating the Isles.

My first line continues to be in beast mode with Hornqvist getting another 2 goals and an assist, Benn with 3 assists, and Plekanec with a pair of assists.

Benn's already at 24 points this season with Hornqvist at 18. Can't complain with guys actually scoring for a change.

Tough game against one of the better teams. It was an offensive attack both ways with 82 shots however the goalies kept the score low. Unfortunately for Miller 40 saves was not good enough.
