Default Best sinus decongestant

So, I have gotten my annual cold and day three means that I am so stuffed up my right eye is constantly watering. I've been using Tylenol Cold and Sinus, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Any recommendations for the best sinus decongestant? I'm thinking Sudafed is an early front runner...

straight up ephedrine; you can buy it at popeyes. 8mg works wonders.

I imagine a humidifier or a steam room would provide relief too.

10 minutes in a sauna will do wonders for that stuffiness.

Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth as hard as you can and press in between your eyebrows (right above the bridge of your nose) with your finger for about 20 sec.

It works wonders.

I have to second this. This is a staple now in my house or anything from runny noses to full blown stuffed sinuses.

Get the Advil sinus one- not sure if they're the exact same or not, but I use that an it works great on the standard run of the mill cold.

There was a thing going around Reddit a couple weeks ago that claimed masterbation was a good cure for contest ion. IIRC there was a medical backing for this method.

Apple cider vinegar. I mix it with some water and some honey. I don't know why it works, but it does. And it works really well. A couple cap full a day and you're golden.

The above pic of the SinusRinse is the newer, easier version of the NetiPot (same makers). I use it when I get congestion and it helps, but nothing works better than any drug with pseudoephedrine HCl.

Its the active ingredient in Sinutab/Sudafed and most Advil C&S. I believe some formulations of Tylenol Flu use phenylephrine, which became popular when anything with pseudophedrine was put behind the counter due to trying to stop meth production. Ever since it was put back over the counter, you're looney if you use anything else. As long as what you're buying has pseudophedrine in it, difference in brands is just which pain killer (ibu/acet), cough suppressant, or antihistamines are mixed in. I usually stick with something with psuedo and ibuprofen (cuts pain and inflammation).
