The best goalie in the world is now a Columbus Blue Jacket.

To NYI:
Ryan Miller
Rick Nash
Tom Wendell

To CBJ:
Henrik Lundqvist
Chris Kunitz
Drew Miller

Then.....

TO CAL:
Chris Kunitz

To CBJ:
Todd Bertuzzi
Thomas Holmstrom
Tom Kostopolis

SO in summary coming in:
Henrik Lundqvist
Drew Miller
Todd Bertuzzi
Thomas Holmstrom
Tom Kostopolis

Heading out are:
Ryan Miller
Rick Nash
Tom Wendell

We added the best goalie in the world and we significantly upgraded our depth and can actually form a good 4th line now which was killing us in games! I hate losing Nash but was worth it to get a goalie who I have never had before and to improve my depth.

Thanks NYI and CAL for the trades.

Big deals. All 3 teams could use the shake ups...most interested in the Lundy/miller swap.

At 5-2-1 I am not sure if NYI needed a shakeup but I am sure glad we got this worked out!

I don't like this move from the isles perspective as they had sim chem and this will likely screw with that.

Otherwise it's a good trade.

I'm not that happy to see Lundqvist join the Central division. Glad to see Nash go, and to have Kunitz only stick around for a short visit.

I certainly wasn't looking for a shake-up and was quite happy with Lundy however I have to give Dave credit for being persistant as this one took just over a week to pull the trigger, also credit for turning this into essentially a 3 way deal. Ryan Miller as a return in net shouldn't be too bad considering he has a proven track record in the SIM. Don't think I have ever had a player with as high a SC rating as high as Nash so will see how that goes. Could have had the Miller brothers playing together. As far as Kunitz and SIM love there is no denying he over performed by a mile last year however he has been just average so far this time around.
