Can I just caution that you may not want to watch any replays of that moment today? I wouldn't even look at the still photos, if you're weak stomached at all. He landed funny and broke his leg.
Seriously, you are likely to vomit. I've seen some nasty #### with breaks but that one takes the cake I think - brutal compound fracture. My stomach is still roiling and I think part of it is due to the injury and part due to remembering my daughter's injury.
It even had his coach in tears. Teammates on the bench recoiled in horror as it happened right in front of their bench; one guy on the court collapsed in horror on seeing it and others hid their faces in their shirts.
It's incredibly horrible. Poor man. I hope they had some good drugs to give him right on the court. I can't imagine.
