LF Heated underground Parking spot Eau Claire area

looking for Mon-Fri only in the Eau Claire area, is there anyone on here that lives dowwntown but commutes out of downtown that would like to make some extra cash off their paring spot?

looking for around $300/month (12 month at a time lease could/would be signed).

Good luck on your search but as someone who has exactly what you are looking for and would love to rent to you, I must inform you that many downtown condo buildings prevent people who do not live in their buildings from using the private parking spots.

This is done by not actually selling the parking spot to the owner but signing the owners a 99 year lease on the parkade parking spot and the terms of the lease prohibit renting to 3rd parties.

Too bad because my spot is wasted. I just walk to work and barely ever drive.
