You more often hear about people eating their lunch, rather than the other way around. But, well, here we are.

Maybe that guy died because those cockroaches were in a human-eating contest.

Um. Why is there a competition to see who can eat the most roaches?

I would have thought you win the roach-eating contest by keeping your score at a steady zero.

Roaches are actually quite nutritious. Low in fat and high in protein! Insects are sustainable food source and it's only a matter of time when eating them becomes more common.

He swallowed the roach to catch the fly.
I don't know why he swallowed the fly.
I guess he'll die.

This isn't really the type of thing that you'd expect to be dangerous though. I ate one this weekend in Thailand and didn't think I was putting my life in danger. In fact, I only stopped at one because the crickets were much tastier.
Amateur backyard Fear Factor to win a python is definitely in the running for the Redneck Awards, but I don't think it rises to the level of a Darwin.

Must be a Terran going fast 2rax concussive marauders against early roach pressure, but then dies after zerg switches to mutas + speedlings all-in. gg.

If they become the only thing to eat count me as the first to die of starvation.
