What kind of work do you do? In IT consulting it's just endless work - if you're not building something out technically, you're strategizing and doing a #### ton of paper pushing for the next prjoect. Endless I say! Fridays are my busiest and most productive days . . .

People always bring their tax issues in on Friday afternoon, its like clockwork, you can set your watch to it.

I could have left at lunch today but then I have two clients coming in at 3:00 and 4:00. Thanks, now I'm working late on a Friday.

I find with IT they make changes for the sack of making changes. We have a large global IT team and the infrastructure changes, firewall rule changes, server migrations etc are endless.

Of course every time they do something i always have something to deal with as they inevitably forget or break something.

Technical Sales of valves used in oil & gas production. For everything that I had on the go as of this morning, all the sizing has been done and quotes sent out, and orders have been processed.
