Default Floor hockey goalie gear

I have a full chest protector for ball hockey but it is so big and bulky. I was wondering if there is such thing as a padded shirt that protects the upper body, shoulders, and upper an lower arms. I'd rather be lighter and faster than bigger and slower.

This is the closest thing I've seen so far but I need a bit more protection.

This one would be perfect in a long sleeve.

If there is such a thing to replace bulky hockey pants too, that would be great.

Do a Google search for mountain bike padded shirts. There might be something that would fit your needs.

I bought a Reebok one from Pro-Hockey Life at Cross Iron Mills, it's half the weight of my previous one! I highly recommend. They sometimes don't have it in stock though so I would call first

^Even that looks a bit hefty. I'd think you'd be looking for something like this - http://www.allsportprotection.com/Tr..._p/tld0032.htm

Thing is the protection on the inner arm is lacking. But you could add a bit of extra padding.

it's not hefty at all, it's almost all foam and is extremely light. I almost didn't buy it because I thought it would be too flimsy and not protect well enough after trying it on. I do get some stings, but it's been great overall.
