ACN Canada are they legit?

I"ve been hearing alot about this company over the last little bit, They are a "multi Level Marketing" company so this is where it gets my suspisions raised.

I have a friend trying to get me to switch services to them and also to sign up to start a "franchise" under the corporate umbrella.

The thing that is catchy about this company is that you are marketign products that people are already using in their everyday lives such as cell phones, cable internet and home phone, also I hear energy services are coming to calgary.

Anyone have any information they'd like to share about this? if you'd prefer please respond by PM

All MLM are pretty much the same, unless they offer a product that is actually unique in some respects, they are just going to be charging more for the same products and/or services.

My wife is involved in one, where the product is somewhat unique and the pricing is either comparable or cheaper to the majority of the other options that are available. That's the only reason I let her do it without putting up a fight, because I consider trying to sell stuff that is overpriced to your friends and family, one of the crappiest things you can do.

I signed up for one last year, both out of sympathy for my Grandpa who always does these things and because it was free to me, and after seeing the actual cost of the product you had to 'sell', I realized it was junk and never touched it again.

If they are more worried about getting you to sign up rather than sell you the product or service, a red flag goes off for me.

How am I supposed to make all this money selling a product when all I'm doing is recruiting people to sell the product errr I mean recruit others?)

I personally don't trust MLMs, but that's just me. To me, what they tell you their business plan is, seems flawed.
