Question Plastic Blades

Quick question, I play in the CSSC floor hockey league and can only use a non-wooden shaft and plastic blade stick. I've been using the DOM Elite stick they recommend for years but I want a stick with a better blade, maybe something I could shape more permanently. Any ideas?

Thanks.

You can mold the dom blades permanently if you use a heat gun for bending and a bucket of ice water for a quick set.

I molded a cheap blade from Canadian tire over the stove then chucked it in the snow, works like a charm, costs $2 and their blades are much thicker so they don't bend back and they're taller too...

The screw pattern is different though.

Could you use a composite shaft? That would be quite the advantage I think.

Team Skyline has a pretty solid assortment of sticks and blades.

Can the blade be composite? Just buy a composite stick. They're a little more expensive but definately worth the cost.

Can be a composite shaft but has to be a plastic blade.
