Having been to Cuba it's pretty readily available in the tourist areas. To boot it's the epic cane sugar coke from Mexico.
almost anywhere outside of the US and Canada (and Europe maybe?) Coke is made with real sugar. Dominican Republic has it's own Coke factories and they use real sugar, same with Thailand (and i'm assuming the rest of Asia). one of the first things i did on my last vacation was to grab a Coke in one of the old school bottles when i landed in Bangkok. so tasty

Coke tastes so much better in those thick glass bottles than it does in cans or plastic bottles, but nothing beats drinking it out of a plastic bag in Thailand.
I believe they've gone back to the name Burma this year after the recent government switch to democracy with elections and Aung San Suu Kyi being released from house arrest and being elected to parliament.
I think the people have always been callee Burmese no matter what.

When I still lived in Calgary I used to have some involvement with the Mon ethnic group from Burma, and they all refused to call it Myanmar as they viewed that as the name of the military junta as well as generally not compatible with their ethnic status.
