Airport Shuttles

Taking the family (5 people) to Hawaii shortly. Lots of stuff + baby luggage makes me concerned a normal mini-van taxi won't do. How do those bigger airport shuttle vans work? Can they guarrentee it'll just be our family being picked up? (Don't want to be late to the airport with little ones, time is of the essence with them).
