Default House for sale by owner in Springbank!! Open house this sunday the 19th!!

Hey Guys,

I am helping a good friend of mine sell a house. I thought that CP could be some good exposure for the house. Their is an open house occurring this Sunday the 19th and is open to everyone. This house is for sale by owner. If any of you are interested please click the link for house and contact information. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you know anyone looking to pass this information on. I'm also all ears if anyone has any advice on getting exposure for a house thats for sale by owner. Thanks

My recommendation for getting exposure would be to put some pictures up on the kijiji ad.

Yep. I wouldn't drive all the way out to Springbank without seeing pics of the place first... and not just a pic of the outside only

Wow dumb Kijiji. I had pictures posted an they took them off. The pictures have been reposted for those who have clicked and were not able to see the photos. Thanks for the heads up :P.

Market Mall is 15 minutes away? I know you are supposed to pump up an ad but I would edit that so it accurate. That being said that is a very nice house!

It is. The listing price is on average $30,000 lower then houses of that size and lot sold in that area. The lady has moved into a new house and wants to this house sooner then later.

Thanks for the compliment on the house. As for market mall it is honestly an accurate statement. Its just down 16th ave and left on home road which will take you right to market mall. Maybe with traffic it will take 20. Ill consider removing that if it seems like an inaccurate turn off tho.

As a person who currently lives out within the same area, I would say its a fair estimate. Takes me no more then 20 minutes to get to market mall usually.

Yeah, I know, it's like he thinks the house is in Airdire.

I wonder if all the people who live in these outskirt towns drive ambulances or firetrucks....
