Will there be a Rosscarrock vs Spruce Cliff battle at the Walmart that divides you two? Who lays claim to the Condo Towers and the slums?

Eau Claire condo - down 3.5%
West Hillhurst attached - up 4.9%

Both assessments seem very closer to what we could actually see for.

The average is 2% increase so if you are up more than 2% than your tax increase will be higher than average

If you are less than 2% increase your taxes will go up less than average.
