Building Permits - Online Search?

I figured calgarypuck would know the answer to this, given what I've seen done in the OffTopic section on here...

Is there any way to search by address in Calgary to see if a place has pulled a permit? Looking at a house with a recent basement reno, want to see if permits were pulled.

It used to show active permits within the past 3 years when you looked at your property assesment. However now it just shows the assessed value and asks you to create an account to see more.

Might be worth creating an account to see.

In the address area type the address. Once the map zooms in on the property click the property details button. Scroll down untill you see all permits taken out in the last 3 years.

Just use the My Property Link shown above^^^^^^
