Default Streaming Desktop via Twitch or Justin.tv

hey trying to stream my desktop while playing a game. I used a Mac... I just have a few questions about the set up ... I have FMLE, Cam twist, and an audio program. However I can't get it to stream. I can get it connected to the server and running but when I switch over to Justin.tv it won't load the desktop stream. Just loads my fat face from my webcam.

Any advice?

Dunno if it works for Mac, but maybe try join.me instead?

Also you can solve your problem by getting a PC instead. [/obligatory]

Touche ... but then I couldn't pretend to be hipster and get the pleasure of paying 3 times the price just so my MBP looks more modern.

However i did get this to work using Cam Twist and Flash Media Live Encoder. However the stream is pretty blurry and laggy. Any kind of fix here?

I did the speediest at Speedtest.net. My Download speed is 16.05 mbps and my Upload speed is 8.34mbps. To be honest I don't know if this is good or not.

Other info is Im using a late 2011 MBP with 8gb of Ram.

As far as the streaming ( and again I am new to this)
Format h.264
Framd rate : 30FPS
Input Size is 320x240
Outuput size is 320 x240 @15200 kbps

Blurry might be the resolution, 320x240 is pretty small. However, increasing that probably wont help your lag situation.

Your stream bitrate is double what you're getting from your ISP, which means your framerate will be about half at best (15 FPS - not enough for games). Not sure why your bitrate is so high for such a low resolution... if you can, turn up the resolution and turn down the bitrate.
