It has a weak processor that is a couple years old. I dont know much about them, but I remembered them being compared to the Atom processor, which means low power consumption with a speed (1.66 GHz)to match.
Still should run most things an average user needs, but if you do any gaming, lots of multitasking, or high powered application use, it won't be for you.
As for the deal, it is reasonable, but not fantastic if you consider you could probably get an i3 in the $500-$550 range if you looked.
