Rats

I know they are starting to have a rat problem in Medicine Hat and a few in central Alberta, but I just spotted one off of Rocky Ridge Road, 100m north of Butterfield Acres. Does anyone know who to call for this? Is it someone through the city? How does this process work?

This is way harder to find then it should be, but this link for the City of Edmonton tells you to call 311, so calling 311 for Calgary should work as well, or at least point you in the correct direction

Based on all the recent new coverage, the correct course of action is to call 911.

In the area I live now on the BC coast, I see rats and they can become a problem. When I lived here 35 or so years ago, I don't remember ever seeing a rat although I guess they were around. What I'm saying is their population seems to be growing and spreading so good luck in Calgary.
