Default New user - Phone number sign up?
So when is the new user needing a cell number to sign up thing going to be implemented?

1. Sign up
2. Impute cell number
3. get a txt
4. enter code in txt to sign up

We need this badly, the amount of returning posters is insane, it would cut down atleast half of the work mods do.

Know someone proficient in PHP and knows how to write a vBulletin plugin that can volunteer the time?
