LF - CD duplication and artworks

Hi, I am looking for some help here.

I am currently helping someone to put out a music CD, and I want to ask if anyone know (or do) professional CD printing.

The CD will be for charitable cause, and what we are looking for is to have the front & back artwork printed, and also some graphic on the CDs. We will supply all the artwork and content. We just looking for some place to do professional printing and duplication so that the CDs will look like the ones sold at HMV.

We are looking for about 100 - 200 copies. Please PM me if you have information towards this.

I know some people who have the equipment to do this. The main expensive part I believe is the ink to print the disks and the paper for the covers, but I'm not the expert. What is your budget?
