Kinda freaky. Seau is the 8th person from the 1994 San Diego Chargers Super Bowl team to die.

Anyone else find it appalling that the TMZ link has minute-by-minute updates of his family crying hysterically?

Rip Seau. 43 is too young to die.
Confirmed that it was suicide by a single gunshot to the chest.

Looks like he preserved his brain for research. Concussion related for sure...

Can't you keep posts like this to yourself? Just so disrespectful.

No, killing yourself and leaving three kids behind is disrespectful and I have no problem saying it. If you don't see the truth in that there is something wrong with you. I hope he RIP but that doesn't change the fact he is a selfish jerk for leaving those three kids behind by taking the easy way out. Suicide is never the answer, the only outcome is the pain in grief for family and loved ones.

Seau’s ex-wife, Gina Seau, of Fairbanks Ranch, said that on Tuesday he texted her and each of their three children separate messages: “I love you.”
