OK so now that he is officially back he will become a free agent in the CPHL as part of our summer batch process. That gives us at least a small sample size of NHL games to set a rating for him and gives all teams the same shot at him.

I'm willing to take Radulov for the rest of the CPHL season as well, just so we can all see how his sim-performance is. Just so there is a little more to gauge him on for the UFA season!

He was on the Red Wings when he bolted to the KHL so I'm pretty sure I should still have his rights anyways.
