so I'll just put this here for anyone else looking-

I have a Rogers black 16GB, 9.5/10 iPhone 4. It has one small barely noticeable scratch on the backside, No cable/charger/headphones, since this was a warranty replacement and only used for one month after replacement. If you need this phone, I am willing to sell for $340. Perfect for people who don't want to burn their upgrade rate, or those looking for a cheap no contract phone.
