Solid effort by the Kings in front of the backup goaltender. Scoring from pretty much every line, but Sedin stays red hot with another goal and an assist.

Habs got even strength goals from all four lines in an important win against a team that's doing very well this year. Morrow scores in his first game as a Hab. Penner gets an assist. Whitney with a goal and an assist for the first star. The new guys put on a show!

Sabres are reeling. Giguere continues to not be the answer. We lose Zanon early in this one which leads to 2 of other d becoming exhausted, Zanon hurt but not bad enough to go on IR leaves us with 3 healthy/rested D for tonights game

in general Sabres who held on for awhile with Green out have stumbled on his return and while we for a long time were close at least to a top 8 points pct in the conference, this is fading and we aren't sure our games in hand will help us.
