Driver issue help

[To Be Quite Honest]

After a wonderfully annoying time (2 months) with Adobe Premiere I have finally gotten fed up with it and decided to fix it. After a day of investigating and searching I figured out that it was a videocard update. I can't find my original disk. Does anyone know how to get older video card drivers? I'd say from Feb 2012 or earlier.

AMD Radeon 4770HD.
